Our standard home watch visit includes a detailed interior & exterior visual inspection of your home / property, looking for any irregularities. With each visit, you will receive a detailed report for your property with photos. You can count on our team of professional home watch reporters to keep your home secure and well maintained while away.
Home Watch Reporting Software
Each client & property are different, so we create a customized report / profile for you & your home. Our service uses a reporting software that is GPS enabled, time stamped & archived. You will receive this for each visit & in the event of property issues, we will notify you immediately to resolve them & provide recommendations to help you correct them.
