Our home watch service uses a GPS reporting software, this platform also manages and archives every home watch visit with a record log & direct line of communication 24/7. Our home watch reporting software is customized with an extensive checklist for each property that includes checking & reporting of interior and exterior, including HVAC systems, pool equipment, all water zones, electrical panel, lighting / fan operation, as well as the overall home and property condition.
Interior & Exterior Inspections
Our standard home watch visit include a detailed interior & exterior visual inspection of your home / property, looking for any irregularities. With each visit, you will receive a detailed report for your property with photos. Each client & property are different, so we create a customized report / profile for you & your home. Our service uses a reporting software that is GPS enabled, time stamped & archived. You will receive this for each visit & in the event of property issues, we will notify you immediately to resolve them & provide recommendations to help you correct them.
